SSCNWR Recruitment 2014 – 47 Sr Lib & Info Asst, STA & Investigator Posts:
Staff Selection Commission North Western Region (SSCNWR) has posted
employment notification for the recruitment of 47 Senior Library and
Information Assistant, Senior Technical Assistant (STA) and Investigator
Grade II vacancies. Eligible candidates may send their applications on
or before 15-11-2014 by 05.00 PM and 22-11-2014 for Far Flung Areas.

Age Limit: Candidates
age should not exceed 30 years. The upper age relaxation is 05 years for
SC/ ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PH candidates.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent diploma
in Library Science for Post 1, P.G degree in Meteorology/ Physics/
Applied Physics/ Geophysics/ Mathematics/ Statistics for Post 2,
Master’s Degree in Geophysics or Applied Geophysics for Post 3, Master’s
Degree in Chemistry or Agricultural Chemistry or Soil Science for Post 4
and Bachelor’s Degree with Statistics or Mathematics or Economics or
Commerce & Certificate/ Diploma Course in Computer Operation or
Software for Post 5 with relevant experience.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on Written Proficiency Test,
Proficiency Test, Interview/ Skill Test, Computer Proficiency Test/
Document Verification.
Examination Fee:
Candidates need to Pay Rs.50/- in the form of “Central Recruitment Fee
Stamps (CRFS)” available at all departmental Post Offices. Recruitment
Fee Stamps may be pasted on the application form in the space provided
and got canceled from the Counter Clerks of any Post Office of issue
with the date stamp of the issuing office on the Application Form
itself. No Fee for Woman, SC, ST, PH & Ex Servicemen candidates.

candidates may send their applications in prescribed format along with
examination fees, photograph affixed on application form, attested
copies of all relevant certificates and two self addressed envelopes of
size 12 x 25 cm with postage stamp of Rs 6/- affixed on one envelope, in
an envelope superscribed with “Application for the post of ……………
